PBB was very communicative through the whole process. They were quick to respond and answered any questions we had. Our area required an additional snow load and they had no issues complying. They scheduled all but the final inspection. The framing crew was professional and faster than I expected. Once they began the process was fast. From pier holes to framing, siding & concrete. 100% would recommend PBB! Price was a little more than what we originally wanted but worth the investment, especially adding the concrete option so we didn't have to subcontract that out ourselves.

Couldn’t be happier. The building is exactly as we envisioned. The crew worked quickly and the craftsmanship is great. Communication was easy from the get. All around, great company. We’d definitely work with them again.

We are very happy with the quality of our new pole building. Pioneer does a great job! We have all positive things to say, the looks, quality and reliability of Pioneer are outstanding! So much so that our Son just had them put up a building 3 times the size of ours, with the same results!

Dealing with PPB was a great experience, right from our first meeting until the day the finish crew pulled out, everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in putting up a building. Thank You

I recently had a 36’ x 40’ pole barn constructed for a garage by Pioneer Pole Buildings. The building came out great, matches my house perfectly and the workmanship is excellent. Pioneer put this building up in record time and didn’t skimp on anything. Everything was done exactly as it was planned. The employees at Pioneer were friendly and courteous from the contacts I had with the main office to the employees on sight. Very easy company to work with, answered all of my questions and they provided a schedule that they kept on track. Building looks great and is a quality build with plenty of room. Pioneer was also the lowest price quoted out of three quotes that I sent for. There was one panel on the back that no one would have ever seen but Pioneer replaced it, no questions asked so the building would be perfect. Great customer service. I can’t wait to use my new garage and it’s just in time for winter. Looks great and I would strongly suggest getting a building from Pioneer!

Could not be happier with the workmanship and professionalism displayed by Pioneer. They provided a quality product at the agreed price and on schedule. Will definitely use them again in the future.
