PBB was very communicative through the whole process. They were quick to respond and answered any questions we had. Our area required an additional snow load and they had no issues complying. They scheduled all but the final inspection. The framing crew was professional and faster than I expected. Once they began the process was fast. From pier holes to framing, siding & concrete. 100% would recommend PBB! We are very happy with the quality of our new pole building. Pioneer does a great job! We have all positive things to say, the looks, quality and reliability of Pioneer are outstanding! I recently had a 36’ x 40’ pole barn constructed for a garage by Pioneer Pole Buildings. The building came out great, matches my house perfectly and the workmanship is excellent. Pioneer put this building up in record time and didn’t skimp on anything. Everything was done exactly as it was planned. The employees at Pioneer were friendly and courteous from the contacts I had with the main office to the employees on sight. Very easy company to work with, answered all of my questions and they provided a schedule that they kept on track. Building looks great and is a quality build with plenty of room. Pioneer was also the lowest price quoted out of three quotes that I sent for. There was one panel on the back that no one would have ever seen but Pioneer replaced it, no questions asked so the building would be perfect.  Great customer service.
